enCourage

What defines a word?

The word encourage comes from the root word: Courage. When we put the prefix EN on the front of the word courage it transforms the meaning of the word courage.

Prefix EN means: “to put into, to provide with”
Courage means: “a quality of spirit that enables you to face danger or pain without showing fear”

Put the two together and you now have the definition of encourage.

“To put into you a quality of spirit that enables you to face danger or pain.”

That is the mission of our free periodic publication called enCourage. enCourage is focused on building courage in the global body of Christian beleivers. Subscriptions are delivered to your email periodically and you may un-subscribe at any time.
